We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to our customers. Unlike many companies who outsourse their customer service, we handle it ourselves. Our employees do not need to go through many level of management to get problems solved, they have the authority to handle almost any problem or complaint themselves. In the unlikly event they are unable to handle it themselves they are instructed to bring it to my PERSONAL attention and I will got it taken care of then and there, no “I’ll get back to you” or “Go see someone else”.
